Legal Advisory & User Agreement

Terms of Service & Advisory Agreement

Effective Date: March 15, 2026 • Please review these terms carefully prior to requesting voyage quotes, securing stateroom holds, or confirming cruise bookings through CruiseHelpCenter.

01Independent Advisory & Agency Status

CruiseHelpCenter operates as an accredited independent cruise travel advisory, booking concierge, and licensed Seller of Travel (CLIA Master Cruise Counselor standing). We provide destination guidance, suite curation, promotional stateroom verification, and reservation facilitation for discerning travelers.

Notice of Independent Representation: CruiseHelpCenter is an independent travel intermediary and is not the carrier or vessel owner. All brand names, cruise line trademarks, and fleet logos (such as Cunard, Silversea, Seabourn, Viking, etc.) referenced on this site belong exclusively to their respective corporate trademark holders.

02Cruise Line Contract of Carriage

When a stateroom reservation is deposited or paid in full, a direct contractual relationship is established between you (“the Passenger”) and the operating cruise carrier.

All sea voyages, port calls, embarkation protocols, luggage allowances, and onboard conduct are governed by the specific cruise line's Ticket Contract of Carriage. You agree to familiarize yourself with and abide by the terms of the ticket contract issued by your designated cruise line.

03Live Fares, Stateroom Holds & Quotes

All cruise itineraries, suite availability, and pricing quotes displayed or provided via phone/email are fetched via direct carrier reservation links and are subject to real-time inventory adjustments by the cruise lines.

A quote does not lock in stateroom pricing until a courtesy courtesy hold or formal deposit is registered with the cruise line's central booking engine. CruiseHelpCenter charges zero markups or concealed booking agency fees above the carrier's published rates.

04Automatic Rate Drop Safeguard

CruiseHelpCenter continually monitors published carrier tariffs following your stateroom deposit. If your operating cruise line issues a qualified public promotional rate reduction before your reservation reaches final payment status, our concierges will petition the carrier to refare your stateroom to the lower rate, subject to the carrier's promotional fare rules.

05Payment Processing & Escrow Security

Client card transactions are routed directly into the authorized cruise line merchant accounts or tokenized through Level 1 PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. CruiseHelpCenter does not store raw credit card numbers or CVV codes on open web infrastructure.

06Passports, Visas & Health Mandates

Passengers bear sole legal responsibility for possessing valid passports (typically valid at least six months beyond return voyage date), all required consular entry visas, vaccination certifications, and port clearance papers. Denial of boarding due to invalid documentation is non-refundable by both carriers and advisory agencies.

07Google Policies & Government Regulatory Compliance

CruiseHelpCenter strictly complies with:

  • Google Ads Third-Party Travel Advisory Policies: Clear disclosure of non-carrier agency status, transparent phone helplines, no deceptive pricing claims, and compliant conversion tracking.
  • Consumer Protection & Maritime Rights: Full observance of the CLIA Cruise Passenger Bill of Rights and applicable Seller of Travel registration statutes.
  • Data Protection Standards: Complete compliance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

08Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

CruiseHelpCenter acts solely as a booking facilitator. We are not responsible for any personal injury, mechanical breakdown, baggage loss, weather rerouting, civil unrest, or travel disruption caused by cruise carriers, airlines, port operators, or force majeure events. We strongly recommend all passengers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

09Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of advisory or booking concierge services shall be resolved through good-faith mediation, or exclusively before courts of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
