Universal Cruise Booking Policy & Agency Disclosures
Last updated: November 5, 2026. Governing independent advisory reservations, payments, and client rights.
Introduction & Advisory Scope
This document outlines the universal booking terms, refund guidelines, privacy disclosures, and client rights for all cruise line reservations made through CruiseHelpCenter. CruiseHelpCenter operates as an accredited, independent luxury travel advisory and booking concierge.
Standard Booking Terms & Deposit Guidelines
CruiseHelpCenter acts solely as a professional booking agent and travel advisor between our clients and cruise line operators. All reservations are subject to the specific Passenger Ticket Contract of the operating cruise line. Deposits and final payment deadlines are dictated by the individual carrier's policies, typically requiring 10-20% at the time of reservation and final balance 90 to 120 days prior to departure.
Payment Security & Merchant of Record:
For all cruise fares, payments are submitted directly to the carrier's merchant processing terminal or our bonded escrow accounts in compliance with Seller of Travel regulations.
Cancellation & Refund Policies
Cruise line cancellations are governed strictly by the respective cruise line's cancellation penalty schedule. CruiseHelpCenter does not levy hidden cancellation penalties beyond standard administrative processing fees (where applicable). Unforeseen events, health emergencies, or severe weather conditions must be insured. CruiseHelpCenter strongly recommends comprehensive travel protection covering trip cancellation, medical evacuation, and travel delay.
Because cruise lines strictly enforce their cancellation penalty schedules, CruiseHelpCenter strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering unforeseen medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and baggage loss.
Privacy Policy & DPDP Data Security
CruiseHelpCenter is committed to consumer privacy transparency. We collect personal identifying information (legal names, dates of birth, passport data, contact information, payment card numbers) solely to process cruise reservations, book airfare or transfers, and fulfill regulatory immigration manifests. We utilize industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Legal passenger names, birthdates, passport details for ship manifests, and encrypted payment tokens.
256-bit AES SSL transmission, strictly zero sale of customer data, and DPDP Act 2023, GDPR, and CCPA consumer compliance.
Google Policies & Regulatory Transparency
